This course covers the process of creating an integrated life care plan including the required research to support the components of the plan. Course topics include research and clinical practice guidelines that should be reflected in the plan, how to interpret literature and properly link in appropriate sections of the plan, a review of all steps in the process from initial referral of the client through completion of the life care plan through trial.
