This course covers the employment vocational rehabilitation and functional mitigation aspects of life care planning. Course topics include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), assessment of skills, earning capacity and associated loss, how to research, review and analyze labor market data required for the development of a life care plan including economic and structured settlements.
